By submitting information through the AFS Get Help form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Submission of this form does not guarantee services or benefits. Services are based on availability and program requirements.

  • You confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • AFS may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your request.

  • Your information will be handled in accordance with AFS privacy practices and will not be sold or shared outside of service coordination purposes.

AFS Messaging- Terms of Use

By opting in to receive text messages from All in the Family Services, Inc. (AFS), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Program Description

AFS uses text messaging to communicate with clients, participants, and community members regarding:

  • Program updates and reminders

  • Appointment scheduling or changes

  • Service coordination and follow-ups

  • Resource availability and outreach notifications

  • General informational messages related to AFS services

Messages are informational and service-related. AFS does not send promotional or marketing sales messages via SMS.

2. Opt-In Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Providing your mobile number on an AFS form (paper or electronic)

  • Verbally consenting during intake or service coordination

  • Sending a keyword or confirming consent when prompted

By opting in, you authorize AFS to send text messages to the mobile number you provided.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your involvement with AFS programs and services.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AFS is not responsible for any charges incurred.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any AFS text message.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.
